    What items are returnable?

    • We offer free returns on purchases over $100. *Excludes Bikinis, One-Piece Swimsuits, Surfboards, Bodyboards, Skimboards, Skateboards & Boardbags.
    • The consignee is responsible for all return shipping costs associated with returning an item for an EXCHANGE.
    • We do provide return labels for large items & orders under $100. (fees apply)
    • Within 30 days from the date of purchase
    • In unused and a re-sellable condition
    • In the original packaging with all the tags intact
    • Orders placed/items ordered by mistake do not qualify for free return shipping.

    How do I return?

    • Enter your Order# and information  to initiate the the process. 
    • A customer service representative will be in contact with you. 

    What items are NOT returnable?

    • Women's Bikini Bottoms & One-Piece Swimsuits
    • Gift Cards
    • Discounted items (if applicable)
    • Used & Consignment Surfboards
    • Items listed as Final Sale. Final sale items are considered final sale and are not eligible for a return or exchange.

    What if the item I received is damaged?

    If the purchased product is faulty or incorrect - we sincerely apologize. Please reach out to us within 7 days of the delivered date. Any issue of damage or incorrect item MUST be made known upon first contact to our company along with accompanying photo documentation of the issue. Failure to do so will reject the claim due to lack of initial evidence. 

    Can I return a Surfboard?

    • All Used Surfboards are Non-Refundable.
    • NEVER have been ridden, used, waxed or damaged in any way.
    • Customer is responsible for ALL shipping/custom charges to return/exchange.
    • A $50 restocking fee will be charged for all returned surfboards.
    • The board must be returned/exchanged within 10 business days of purchase.
    • We strongly recommend insuring all returned or exchanged orders.
    • We are NOT responsible for any returned board that are damaged/lost in transit.
    • Any damage sustained upon return due to the consignee's poor packaging attempt will be deducted from the refund amount. Please package the return to as similar as how you received it from us.
