7:20 am: Very small surf again, early on this hump day morning. Wave size 1/2 a foot to 1 foot. The surface conditions are semi-choppy with only fair form. The wind is S early @ 9 knots with the marine forecast calling for clocking offshore winds ahead of a cold front with rainn on the way. Checking out local buoy the ealry wave height measurement is 2.3 feet at 4 seconds change from yesterdays 1.6 feet at 10 seconds. See the water temperature of 66 degrees at The Pier this morning.
