    Surf Report comments:
7:25 am:  The increased surf of yesterday has held overnight with waves 2-3 feet from the south. The wind is starting to clock offshore which would clean up the swell. On our local buoy the early wave height reading is 5.2 feet at 8 seconds way up from yesterdays  2.0 feet at 4 seconds. The marine forecast is calling clocking offshore winds today which may come back onshoreThe water temperature is measured at 64.9  degrees at The Pier this morning. See the ocean live by viewing The Surf Station Cam Page here.

8:05 am:   Early morning photos are up and posted and you can see we have sizable south swell waves for your Saturday.   Wave size @ thigh to rib high with some large set waves in the chest to shoulder high range.   Some rights pushing up the beach!  The wave are already looking fun and could get better if the wind clocks more offshore as forecast.
